Message From Sidne

Hey there, it’s me Sidne! It is by no mistake that you arrived here, so welcome.

As a therapist at the intersection of a few different marginalized communities, I know how difficult it can be to ask for help—especially because life moves fast and the pressure to hold it all together feels overwhelming. You might be silently carrying burdens, pushing your needs aside, or feeling like there’s no room to simply breathe. I want you to know that you’re not alone, and more importantly, that healing is possible—on your own terms and at your own pace.

In our work together, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgment. I offer a space rooted in unconditional positive regard, where your feelings, experiences, culture, identity, and voice are honored and held with care. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger, low self-esteem, or just trying to figure out what peace looks like for you, we’ll explore it ALL together.

My goal is to help you release what’s weighing you down and equip you with practical, personalized tools that help you to protect your peace, set firm and meaningful boundaries, and move toward the life you want—one that feels authentic and aligned with your truth.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults, teens, families, and groups on their life journeys, and I understand the power of showing up as your full self. There’s no need to get “ready” or to have the right words—just come exactly as you are.

You’ve already taken a brave step by being here. Your healing matters. Your peace matters. And the time to begin? It’s now.. Let’s do this—together.
