Message From Griselda

Hi, I’m Griselda, but most people call me Griz, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they take steps toward healing and growth.

I’ve had the joy of working with children, teens, adults, and older adults from all walks of life. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for helping people work through difficult life experiences—whether that means healing after trauma, finding relief from painful memories, or learning to manage overwhelming emotions like anxiety, fear, or guilt. My approach is about helping you feel safe and empowered as you make sense of what you’ve been through and discover what moving forward can look like.

At the heart of my work is creating a space where you feel supported, respected, and truly seen—where you don’t have to hold back or hide parts of yourself.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually spending time with my loved ones, enjoying good food, and sharing plenty of laughter. Lately, I’ve taken up running, which has been a grounding reminder of how important it is to care for both our minds and bodies.

Reaching out for counseling can feel big, even intimidating—but whatever you’re feeling is welcome here. My hope is that this space gives you room to breathe, reflect, and heal at your own pace.
