Message From Cody

Thanks for being here! I’m Cody.

I see therapy as a place where you can finally take a deep breath and just be yourself—without judgment, without pressure. I don’t assume trust; I earn it, and I honor the responsibility of being invited into your story. My goal is always to meet you where you are, with respect for your values, identity, and lived experiences.

Over the years, I’ve walked alongside people navigating all kinds of challenges—addiction, suicidal thoughts and self-harm, anger, ADHD, impulse control, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. No matter what you’re carrying, I’ll hold space for the full complexity of your experiences while helping you move toward healing in a way that feels right for you. My style is flexible and collaborative. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused approaches, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we’ll look at what’s getting in your way, untangle unhelpful patterns, and explore tools that actually feel authentic to you.

Outside of sessions, I’m a gamer, anime fan, podcast listener, traveler, and a very proud cat dad. My cats are convinced they own the house (and my lap), and honestly, they’re probably right. I’m also slowly checking off my goal of visiting every state in the contiguous U.S. because, like in therapy, I believe there’s always more to learn, see, and experience. If you’re looking for a space that’s open, grounded, and real, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
