Message From Ari

Hi, I’m Ari! I believe therapy can be a collaborative, and even playful space where curiosity, humor, and honesty are welcome companions on the journey. I aim to create a chill, grounded atmosphere where you feel safe to explore who you are and how you want to grow. It’s okay to cuss, laugh, cry, or not know where to start. That’s what I’m here for.

My approach is rooted in Adlerian principles, which means I see therapy as a shared process where we work together to uncover insight, make meaning, and build self-compassion. I also draw from compassion-focused therapy, Jungian perspectives, and narrative practices. I often think of therapy as a form of storytelling-together we’ll revisit past chapters, edit outdated narratives, and add richness to your evolving story. If the world’s a stage, then therapy is the rehearsal: a place to practice being your full, messy, brilliant self.

I have experience supporting folks from many walks of life, including adolescents, college students, and families navigating addiction. I also have a deep commitment to working with people across the spectrum of sexual and gender identities, and I welcome conversations around transpersonal or spiritual experiences, including dream work and intuitive exploration.

Together, we’ll create space for the hard stuff, celebrate your wins, and build a narrative that helps you feel empowered, connected, and proud of who you are.
